Although there are many kinds of
diamond grinding wheels, their storage methods are basically the same. Rolling transport is not allowed. Strong earthquakes are not allowed. Due to the special properties of diamond grinding wheels, they should be stored in a relatively dry and ventilated environment.
1. Find a dry, spacious place to store these wheels.
This place should be highly ventilated, please note that the temperature should be within the range of 10-30 degrees Celsius. Humidity and chilled water can reduce the grinding wheel density and cause great damage.
It should also be remembered that the temperature in the storage area should not be below 4 degrees Celsius.
2. For safety reasons, grinding wheel should be stored on foam or soft surface.
If there are many grinding wheels, arrange them in rows. Place the small wheels on the top of the shelf and the heavy wheels on the bottom of the shelf. When arranging the wheels on the chassis, height should not be an issue.
3. Find the most suitable storage location, in the future use process will not have a problem.
They should be arranged in the best way possible so that you don't have to rearrange them over and over again. The best way is to put the heavier wheels underneath. Small wheels that you will need to use almost every day on a shelf, it will be easier to take out.
