various centerless grinding wheels, nor rubber bonded various centerless grinding wheels should be in contact with oils.
2. Can not be stacked arbitrarily, should be stored in accordance with the specifications of the appropriate bracket, cabinets above, at the same time to avoid vibration, and mark the specifications of the grinding wheel and other detailed parameters, the root according to its shape, material, size, granularity orderly storage, so as to avoid confusion.
3. The stacking height of resin and rubber
various centerless grinding wheel shall not exceed 200mm, and flat iron plates shall be placed on the bottom and top of the various centerless grinding wheels to prevent breakage and deformation of the various centerless grinding wheels.
4. Thin slices of
various centerless grinding wheel with sharp edges should be stacked together and separated by padding (soft material such as heavy cardboard or foam that can maintain a certain strength) at intervals between each grinding wheel.
5. Because
various centerless grinding wheel with magnesite (magnesite) binder can absorb moisture in the air, special attention should be paid to the storage of such various centerless grinding wheels to prevent heat and erosion.
6. Rubber binder, diamond binder and resin binder should not be placed for too long, otherwise aging problems will occur due to the change of chemical composition. The storage period of rubber and resin binder is generally not more than one year.
